Shipping Policy

I thoughtfully prepare and pack each order within 3 to 5 business days after purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped exclusively via UPS, as I’ve found them to be the most reliable carrier. At checkout, you can choose the UPS service option that best suits your needs.

Groove Tubes

At this time, Groove Tubes can only be shipped within North America and Taiwan, due to differences in plugs and standard voltages across countries. However, I’m actively researching how to make Groove Tubes compatible worldwide so please stay tuned for updates!

Clothing & Non-Electronic Items

Clothing and other non-electronic items can be shipped internationally. If you’d like to arrange shipping outside of North America and Taiwan, please email me at sayheytoshae@gmail.com with the item you’re interested in, and I’ll be happy to help coordinate.

Additional Notes

• Delivery times vary, typically ranging from 3 to 7 business days within the U.S.

• International shipments may take longer due to customs processing.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.

• Once a package has been handed over to UPS, I am not responsible for delays or issues beyond my control but if something goes wrong, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help.
