Thank you so much for supporting my handmade work! Each Groove Tube lamp and clothing piece is crafted by hand in my NYC studio (apartment), making every item one-of-a-kind.

Because of the human and handmade nature of my creations, all sales are final. This means I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds, except in the rare case that an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery at [your email address] with photos of the item and packaging. I will work with you to find a solution — either a repair, replacement, or partial refund, depending on the situation.
